About the Artist

I I am a self-taught artist, but have been lucky enough to have attended workshops both in Montana, USA, and England. During these times I have studied alongside some of today's most famous wildlife sartists, the late Bob Kuhn, Robert Bateman, Terry Isaacs, John Seerey-Lester, Alan Hunt, & Rod Lawrence.

Through the love of my dogs, Flatcoated Retrievers, I decided that I wanted to give something back to the breed I love so much. So I started producing limited edition prints and currently donate 10% of the proceeds from these to Cambridge Veterinary University for their research and DNA testing into the incidence of cancer in Flatcoated Retrievers and other breeds. So far I have raised over 4.000 through the sale of my prints worldwide.

My work has been exhibited in The Kennel Club, London, Dave Hodges' Gallery in Big Timber, Montana and Bristol.

I breed, own and show Flatcoated Retrievers internationally.

However, I am now extending my range of subjects to wildlife, horses, birds & the countryside . I have also produced a small number of sculptures, and hope to extend my portfolio, time permitting!

I undertake a few commissions a year, prices on application.
