I can't believe that it is two months ago that I wrote my last blog, when I was about to go to Devon to start work on my new project, the Red Ruby Devon Bull.
I have loved the journey, visiting the champion himself in Devon at Priorton Stud, and again at the Three Counties Show in Malvern, where he won his class.
So from a blob of clay on a board, now to the finished piece. I have made this into a limited edition of 25 pieces - the first three are already sold and there is a lot of interest from lovers of the breed. Very exciting.
My next piece of sculpture is to be a life-size portrait of my beautiful dog, Ranger. He can accompany his great-great-great grandmother Ch. Withybed Miss Montana, alias Tanna. I sculpted her head many years ago, and have sold 6 copies of the limited edition called Stargazer.
