Well, so far 2017 has been an exciting and eventful year.
Some new sculptures completed, and new paintings and commissions completed too, which is all wonderful
But the highlight of the year was in the summer when my husband and I returned to Montana, USA, for a wonderful 3 weeks, sketching and painting, but also attending a plein air workshop with the talented Aaron Schuerr, who lent me his vibrant pastel equipment, and I was able to experiment and enjoy painting the scenery as displayed in all its glory before me. The mountains and scenery in this part of the world are awesome to say the least!
I am now continuing with my plein air studies here back in Britain, using pastel, or line & wash.
